Manly Honda handled my application quickly and efficiently. I got the car I wanted with the terms I wanted. Ryan was great! I purchased a 2016 Camry from Manly Honda on Sunday October 25th. I took it to a mechanic on Friday October 29th to be evaluated before the “7 day grace period” was up. The mechanic found an issue in t October 25th. I took it to a mechanic on Friday October 29th to be evaluated before the “7 day grace period” was up. The mechanic found an issue in the engine. The same day I contacted the dealership and spoke to a manager who referred me back to my original sales person. The sales rep told me he would make an appointment with their service team to have it looked at on Wednesday November 3rd. I messaged him again later to find out the time and where I should bring the car only to have my message ignored. I called the service department on Tuesday November 2nd to find out the info only to find out that there was no appointment made for my car. I explained the situation to the lady on the phone and told her that I would not be paying for this appointment. She was helpful and said that she would contact the sales rep. I sent a message to the gentleman that I bought the car from regarding the appointment that I made for the car and once again I had no response from him. I will be bringing my car in tomorrow and we will see what they say. So basically my experience with your staff has been very bad. Manly has contacted me and is helping me to resolve the issue which I really appreciate and think that is great of them to care about their customers enough to reach out and actually go above to help me figure it out. Thank you guys! More
