When I was negotiating the price of the car Ryan was reluctant to go back to his manager to help bring the price dow because of things I found with the car. I decided to buy the car then Ryan said he was going to fill up the car with gas but when he returned he said his card didn’t work and wasn’t able to fill it. I asked if he could get a manger and he said there were no managers in the building so we left with an empty tank of gas which I needed to fill up before our 1.5 hour drive home. Very disappointed. More
