Buying a car is always nerve wrecking and you know it’s Steve Burchfield was our point of contact and he did an amazing job at making us feel at ease. Buying a car is always nerve wrecking and you know it’s going to be a long strenuous day. However, that was not the case with Steve, he made sure we were well taken care of. We had our three girls with us so he made sure they were entertained and fed. He was also very straightforward and took the time to really know what was important to us as a family when buying our family vehicle. My wife and I had been talking about purchasing a new truck but really thought it wouldn’t happen. So SUPRISE.. Sam should us a few trucks but nothing caught our interest. He didn’t give up. Happily I’m now the owner of a new used truck. I would say that everyone at paradise was more courteous then any dealership I’ve dealt with over the years.
