Johnny was such a nice guy with an amazing laid back attitude. Besides loving the small SUV, my husband and I trusted Johnny and felt at ease with him. Ely also helped us with the closing deal, he was equally nice and NOT pushy! We ended our buying process with Ryan who made all the paper signing a breeze. The way car buying should be! I went to this dealership for a number of reasons. They had the truck I was looking for and when I went in with my trade in estimate and USAA price q I went to this dealership for a number of reasons. They had the truck I was looking for and when I went in with my trade in estimate and USAA price quote it all went smoothly. The finance officer, Donny Figgs, beat my credit union rate and shortened my term. There was very little back and forth since our numbers were close. I would buy there again. More

No pressure My husband and I arrived on the lot to test drive a few vehicles with the intention of going to other dealers as well. We met first with Becky to let My husband and I arrived on the lot to test drive a few vehicles with the intention of going to other dealers as well. We met first with Becky to let her know what we were looking for and then she handed us over to Denny to show us a Malibu and a Cruise. The first (and only) car that I test drove was the Malibu. I immediately fell in love with it. Once back on the lot when we informed Denny that we would be test driving a Ford Fusion and Nissan Altima he said "those are both great cars". We appreciated his honesty and the fact that we were not pressured into anything. Denny is awesome and very knowledgeable about the cars that he sells. Once back in Becky's office the "no pressure" feeling continued. It was the best experience that either one of us has had when buying a car and we will make sure that we recommend both Becky and Denny to friends and family. You both were the best and we appreciated and enjoyed our time there. I would like to add that when we were brought to the finance department and met with Ryan our expierence was not the same. I'm not saying it was bad but both my husband and I felt pressured and even badgered by Ryan when the topic of GAP came up. I can count on one hand how many times we had to say "no thank you". More
