We came to the lot a few minutes before they were about to close. Craig greeted us. Wasn't pushy at all. He was very helpful with the questions we asked about the Cadillac Escalade ESV we were considering buying. After a few days, we decided to special order our SUV. Craig sent updates about the delivery date. It was delivered within 5 weeks (about 3 weeks earlier than expected)! Paperwork took about a couple of hours but we didn't mind, we were getting a good deal. Craig took the time to come in on his day off and patiently demonstrated all the features and controls on the Escalade to my wife. We highly recommend this dealership and Craig as your go-to guy! More

Previously we owned Toyotas, and Nissans so making the switch was somewhat of a challenge to for me. We first decided to come into Chevrolet because both Toyota and Nissan were unwilling to meet our needs. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt confident that we were in the right place. Paul Tatum was the first individual we meet it was later int he afternoon and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He Made us feel so comfortable and he did not come off pushy or anything. He listened to all our request and was able to deliver our needs. For the first time in our life we actually felt like the sales person showing us the car really wanted the best for us. He seemed like a family man who knew how important in was for us to stay within our budget all while get a safe and reliable vehicle. We will be buying many more vehicles from Chevrolet.
