I upgraded my 2022 Tacoma for the 2025 I and have been very happy with the truck. They let me switch all my belongings over inside the shop and even stayed an extra hour over to help make sure I was all set. Danielle was very pleasant and made sure any questions I had were answered. (Coffee was amazing btw). Matt went over every one of the lease details with me and assured me that I was informed and happy with my decision. He didn’t try to pressure me into any extra warranties but did take the time to go over them and the benefits they would provide. Not sure how they were able to certify my vehicle with the issues, I have had. Great, I have a warranty but you don’t ever want to fight to use it. That’s not their issue, However I have placed 3k miles since purchasing my pre owned vehicle. The dealership doesn’t accept outside financing and it was a red flag, when you read what the financing company does for the dealership. You quickly see you were sold out to a subprime lender for having a higher credit score. It was refinanced, however I had issues getting my memo title, my back window is rusty and they offered to fix it and never called me back. Now dealing with mechanical issues. Don’t trust this dealership More
