Surprisingly stress-free! I thought that I was going to buy the new Honda Civic Hatch, but after sitting in it, I started to wonder. Was this the right car for me? Ryan was nev I thought that I was going to buy the new Honda Civic Hatch, but after sitting in it, I started to wonder. Was this the right car for me? Ryan was never pushy or aggressive. He patiently listened to my requirements, and provided all the right options for us to consider. He explained that the new Honda Fits were much different than my 2010 base model. He pulled up a few Fits for us to check out. Ryan explained all the the new design and safety features. We weren't ready to buy, but we still felt like valued customers. We returned a day or two later, and purchased the upgraded Fit Ex that he'd shown us. We went with the upgraded safety package. We're confident that this was the best choice for me. Ryan guided us to the best decision, but he never pushed. I now have a car that I can safely enjoy for years to come.
