Brought my car in for service to have my side mirror repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Despite scarcity of loaners, they were able to accommodate me with one and repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Saddened and disgusted with the service and dishonesty. The service staff put my brand new 2022 m340 through their brushwash without my permission. Ryan Young (service manager) seemed to take accountabilit The service staff put my brand new 2022 m340 through their brushwash without my permission. Ryan Young (service manager) seemed to take accountability and offered to buff the car To correct the swirling. At first appearance the swirling is removed until you notice the buffer trails / holograms throughout the paint. When confronted, they now claim they never took a buffer to the car… funny, as you can’t remove paint swirling without and they melted my wiper blade with the buffer. High end dealership, I made the unfortunate assumption they offered high end service. Nobody is perfect, and it’s one thing to make a mistake, we all make them.. i would of been a customer for life if they corrected it, but then when they further damaged the car and flat out lied… really pathetic. More
