I came in for an oil change on Tuesday and my car was acting up after. So I took it back in and they said there is nothing they can do and it's my problem because my check engine lights were on. Mind you acting up after. So I took it back in and they said there is nothing they can do and it's my problem because my check engine lights were on. Mind you, they have been on for years. I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and now I have no car for a month AND have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. My car has never had ANY issues since I bought it from you all. None. This is the worst experience I've had and I will be sharing it with everyone I know. Adam the service manager told me it was a coincidence this happened. No it's not! At all! I should at least receive my money back for the oil change that completely destroyed my car. He stated he would have it towed for me. I would expect more out of a dealership. Now I'm out a car and more than likely going to have to get rid of this one cause of Joe Machens error. More

Got the tire fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Had to pay initially for the repair even though I had a warranty to cover the repair.
