I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait on it at the dealership. Two hours later I checked on the progress. They hadn't even started on it yet. Three hours later I lef and said I would wait on it at the dealership. Two hours later I checked on the progress. They hadn't even started on it yet. Three hours later I left the dealership. They didn't reset the oil life meter or change the windshield sticker. I really doubt that I got 'the works' even though that's what I paid for. I own two Ford trucks. This is the second bad experience I've had in two weeks. There's no reason to come back. Apparently there's no consideration for the customers time or any desire for customer service. More

I was charged 2 extra services I had no knowledge of until I reviewed the receipt. I wasn't told they don't use Motorcraft coolant and given the option to not have the service done until after the job w until I reviewed the receipt.
