I loved coming back because of this beautiful lady. She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember when I was a fleet manager in one pharmaceutical in the Philippines, I love seeing beautiful ladies as service advisors. Parks Ford you nailed it. But one thing I cant understand, Ford tech has magic touch why my car is drivable again when I am 100% sure it was the dual clutch is the main issue and I want to shove a new one but I ask them if I can avail their customer loyalty program for one time TCM replacement. I drove the car from the service center and shifting again as smooth as butter. Many thanks Parks Ford!!! I didn’t expect it. This place HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Kudos to Mr. Mike their boss.👏👏👏 More

I went to the dealership for a service recall and also wanted to fix my left side door handle, which was a paid service. The service advisor checked me in and asked if I needed a ride home. I said no init wanted to fix my left side door handle, which was a paid service. The service advisor checked me in and asked if I needed a ride home. I said no initially, as my wife would pick me up. I later approved the $520 quote over the phone, but when my wife became unavailable, I called back to ask for a ride. She respectfully declined, saying they were open until 6 PM and I could come before then. I felt disappointed—spending nearly $500, yet no help with a ride, while other dealers offer that even for an oil change. I ended up taking an Uber. When I arrived, she charged me the full amount before explaining that the labor would be billed separately on Monday (it was Friday). I told her it was over my budget and asked for a refund. She couldn’t process it that day, but I received it on Tuesday. Overall, the miscommunication and lack of customer care left a bad impression. As long as I’m in Gainesville, I won’t consider buying another Ford ,because I wouldn’t want to return there for service. More

They called & offered me a free oil change, I made the appointment. I arrived early they took my suv right away. I asked for tire rotation also, they said no problem. Was told the coupon for $40 off service over $400 (my bill was $975) on my Focus would automatically be applied. Got the bill - IT WASN'T! And Levin refused to honor it!
