I waited and fought to get car fixed for almost 2 years and still had to make payments on the car with no other options while being repaired. It took them all this time to be convinced for repairing my car. I wanted a buyback which they refused since all the frustration times I went through with them the headquarters etc. I finally got my car back and going to text drive it on Tuesday if it has any accruing incidents Im getting a lawyer to help me for the problems I had for repairs More

I brought my Ford Ranger in for a recall. Had an appointment for 9:00a.m. I was told it would be done by 2:00. I came back at 1:45 and they hadn’t even started it. They then completed it in 3 Had an appointment for 9:00a.m. I was told it would be done by 2:00. I came back at 1:45 and they hadn’t even started it. They then completed it in 35 minutes. What took five hours and still wasn’t finished was completed in 35 minutes. The first time I brought my truck in, the service manager called a meeting and everyone had to stop working. That was a 3 and 1/2 hour visit. The sales department is great. The service department needs a lot of improvement. I will be going to another dealership for service. More

No updates given during a long service. No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete.
