What was written on my written report contradicted what I was told verbally. Written Report says my battery failed test but no one talked to me about it or what was needed to correct item. Report says a tire was told verbally. Written Report says my battery failed test but no one talked to me about it or what was needed to correct item. Report says a tire rotation was done but I was verbally told a tire rotation could not be done as luggage nuts were swollen and new ones would be $289 that I declined. Written report said the maintenance alert was reset but when I picked up car, I had to get two techs to reset it off my dash and give me a new mileage sticker while I stood in the cold for 20 minutes or more. It was the worst overall experience I've ever had. All my trust in Ford is gone. More
