Shannon’s words were, “I’m not going to be able to get it done today.” I made the assumption of get it the next day. When in for a basic oil change. Service was very professional and courteous. I was however that the service would be faster. Not the 3 hours I waited. Service was very professional and courteous. I was however that the service would be faster. Not the 3 hours I waited. More
