Never fully trust a 5-star review, or a 1-star review. The 2-4 stars are where it's at, because even most good places have some flaws, and most bad places have some good. The good: Excellent selection of vehicles. That's it, and they get an additional star for that. The bad: Everything else. - I bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in Summer 2024, got it in manual transmission which is rare to find, they said they get maybe 6 of them a year, and there's 6 in the lot. The tires need to be pumped up (pressure was in the teens) and the battery had to be jumped to test drive. Stepping on the brakes sent clouds of dust into the streets. Other than that, it drove great. - They wanted to sell it for the same price as a brand-new 2024 Wrangler. They said "we can sell this anytime we want". I said, "you told me you get maybe 6 manual transmission Wranglers a year, there are 6 in your lot and 2024s are already filling your lot". The salesman laughed because I caught him in a trap. He went to "talk to his manager" and they agreed to a lower price only if I would finance when I wanted to purchase in cash. He said I can pay it off right away with financing. When we agreed, we went to finance department and they told me I need to make a minimum of 6 monthly payments or something before I can pay off the loan. So, I got caught by a blatant lie, but whatever, it would only cost a couple hundred more. I stupidly opted to purchase a few coverage insurances which the dealership themselves don't honor. - When I come to pick up the Jeep, I call ahead of time as instructed to let them know I am coming. When we show up, this lady tells me to sit down. When I go to use the restroom she tells me "no, sit over there". I tell her " no, I'm going to use the bathroom, I'm an adult". We proceeded to wait while the dealership has a meeting where the manager repeatedly shouts "Shut the xxxx Up!" It was literally after every statement he made, it must be the dealership's slogan. I was waiting for everyone to start chanting "Shut the xxxx Up!" since it was repeated so often and so loudly. - The very next week I get an email from the dealership telling me to come buy another identical 2023 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in manual transmissioni for $10,000 less than I paid because they're trying to clear them out. They played me and I fell for it. Good for them. - When it comes time to use the maintenance contract that I paid for, the service department honored the first oil change. At the second one they told me they no longer accept it because they only get reimbursed $80 for the service which is unacceptable for the work they put in. So why is that my fault? Who knows. I call the insurance company to cancel and they tell me I need to call the dealer to cancel since they sold it to me. I call the dealer who tells me I have to call the insurance company. I call the insurance company who tells me they can't cancel. I call the dealer again and they tell me they'll have someone call me back. No one ever called back. I called the dealer again months later to cancel and this time they told me they'll send me an email with cancellation form. Why didn't they just send that the first time? Because they know that most people won't have the time to keep following up with them and it had been 3-4 months already before I remembered to follow up. Now I've driven 4000 more miles and its months later so my refund will be less. Again, I fell for their trap. Bottom Line: Come here to look at the selection, you'll find anything you're looking for. Don't expect any customer service, and stay far, far away after you purchase. Give your business to someone else. Or better yet, find what you want and go to a different dealership to have that vehicle sent over. It will be well worth the cost of transferring than to deal with the crooked group here. More
