At first it was great at customer service. .. of course I just bought a new car! It has become increasingly less customer oriented. I took my car into be serviced.... which usually takes a rid .. of course I just bought a new car! It has become increasingly less customer oriented. I took my car into be serviced.... which usually takes a ridiculous amount of time....no one came out when I drove in. There were no other cars in the waiting area. Employees just kept walking by like I wasn't even there. It wasn't until 10 min later when another employee told someone I was waiting. It's all windows.... everyone should have SEEN that I was waiting. After the car was finished the person assigned to my car went over what was what. Here is the kicker.....last time I was in they told me I needed an alignment ( a new car with 9000 miles) and it should be done in the spring. That was not even mentioned this time. So one of two things have happened..... the car either never really needed it or this mechanic was incompetent. Either way.... not good! E More

Sidney and the garage service team did a great job with prompt check in, smiles, clear communication on my service options, estimated costs and the time the vehicle would be done with the required/requeste prompt check in, smiles, clear communication on my service options, estimated costs and the time the vehicle would be done with the required/requested service. The advisors were friendly and made the process simple, the quality of service was standard, but the timing was rough. It took 20ish minutes to get in with an appointment, and I was told it would be 1-2 ho the quality of service was standard, but the timing was rough. I would come back for advanced services, but I’d get regular work done somewhere else. More

I had to wait only a little while only because it was raining after I pull my vehicle inside a representative was there checking me in. after I will check in went inside and perhaps five minutes later I raining after I pull my vehicle inside a representative was there checking me in. after I will check in went inside and perhaps five minutes later I receive a phone call from the technician or the technician person upfront Send or informing me of some other knees of my vehicle after work which were not long I will notify that my vehicle will almost done after work. I will call to the front and my vehicle ready. Good job Toyota Toyota of Montgomery. More

This has been the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced I have been here since 12:00 and it’s 3:19 and they still haven’t even pull my car in the shop for the oil change. No respect for people experienced I have been here since 12:00 and it’s 3:19 and they still haven’t even pull my car in the shop for the oil change. No respect for people time. This type of service makes you don’t want to purchase from them ever again. I know after my buying experience with them I will not be buying anything from them again. More
