Excellent experience Knowledgable about the vehicles, great customer service, I did not get there until after work around 7pm and the salesman waited while I went through Knowledgable about the vehicles, great customer service, I did not get there until after work around 7pm and the salesman waited while I went through all of the paperwork until midnight which he did not have to do. I was able to test drive every car I was interested in and they gave me their honest opinion about the perks and down falls of eah vehicle. I did not feel like they were trying to Jip me just to make a sale. Awesome dealership, I'll be a lifelong returning customer. More

I have had the worst experience with thi If you’re looking to purchase a new car and are considering this location, do yourself a favor and don’t. I have had the worst experience with this location and it’s employees (not all but most). I purchased my vehicle in May, I was given the wrong information on the car - vin, car fax, etc. - which was a huge inconvenience when getting coverage. The car I was SUPPOSED to have was sent back without my knowledge. I had to wait 3 hours for them to inspect the car just to get in and the windshield wipers are old and streaky. My documents were sent to the wrong location. My battery died before my first payment was due and the dealership made me pay for it. Sales lied about paying $130 of the costs, only paid $75 which left me with the bulk of the bill for this car I just purchased defective battery. The service team left the battery on my back seat, indenting them (almost puncturing my seat). I had to dispose of it because my only other alternatives for getting rid of it was driving an hour back to the dealership or having someone come to my home (I wasn’t there and neither was the battery) to pick it up. Service team is subpar at best and the sales team are con artists. Both management teams, sales and service, are EXTREMELY untrustworthy, take EVERYTHING they say with a grain of salt. My overall experience has been poor to say the least. If you can avoid them, do. If I had it to do over again, I’d go to another dealership not associated with this brand. More
