The job was not completely finished as my lights still do not work on the AUTO setting. I had to take the car out on a Friday to only bring it back on Monday with the check engine light on again. Then it t not work on the AUTO setting. I had to take the car out on a Friday to only bring it back on Monday with the check engine light on again. Then it took three weeks for the work to be done to take the check engine light on off, but they could not fix the AUTO lights system on my car and Julio the service Adviser told me to try other dealers to see if they could fix this problem because their mechanic could not fix it. More

There’s a service Rep named Shannon… she is Amazing. She treats you like Family. She makes sure you feel like you are the most important client that they have. A true VIP. Shannon checks on your vehicle She treats you like Family. She makes sure you feel like you are the most important client that they have. A true VIP. Shannon checks on your vehicle regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly and as planned while in the shop. After your service is done, She’ll call you just to make sure your car is running great in between your next service. I hesitated on writing this, because I didn’t want her to be so busy all the time, but with her work ethics, I’m sure she already is. Everyone wants her as there Rep already I’m sure !! She is absolutely the best! And what’s also great is the Service Manager Steve!!! A true Customer Service Creator. If you thought Customer Service was dead like most of us these days, Think again. You’re totally transported back in time when Customer Service was a real thing !!! Even if you don’t need Steve, just say Hi before you leave, you won’t regret it!!! Enjoy your experience here…. Shannon As Always has gone beyond what I call normal for a service rep. She is awesome. I feel so taken care of and feel like such a VIP. Steve the Serv. Manager is Amazing as well… made sure I was super a service rep. She is awesome. I feel so taken care of and feel like such a VIP. Steve the Serv. I had my car repaired there on several occasions, and each time the process took about a month to complete. After the most recent repair, my car broke down completely just two days after I got it back fr each time the process took about a month to complete.
