I have been going to this dealership for service since I purchased my vehicle about 3 or 4 years ago. I met Steve Williams and really liked the way he took time to work with me with much patience. He provided me with his cell phone number and made himself available when needed. So, whenever I need service, I call or text Steve. He knows me and addresses me by name when I walk into the service center. That's my definition of excellent service. More
