I went in to get my slow leak on a tire fixed. They couldn’t fix it. They said I needed a new tire. I ordered one through them. On the same day I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation. When I They couldn’t fix it. They said I needed a new tire. I ordered one through them. On the same day I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation. When I came back to get the new tire put on, I asked the service person to please check and make sure they change the right tire because they were rotated. I called a couple weeks later to let them know I had a slow leak again. I feel they changed the wrong tire. Their attitude and customer service was so bad. They didn’t even want to listen to me. The woman said you can come in, we will look at it. When I got there she was so rude. I was sitting in the waiting room for 2hrs until she came to me and said it needed a new tire and they ordered one for me. I told her “no” I just bought a new tire and I feel you changed the wrong tire. She totally dismissed my opinion and didn’t even try to help me. When I left I called the service center bc somehow I was missing a windshield wiper when I tried using them after the car wash from them. I talked to the service manager and told him about the tire as well He told me to bring it in and he would look at it. In the end HE told me it was a different tire! I know for a fact it was the same tire as it didn’t have a cap on it just like the original one. Even though he knew I was upset. He never apologized for my inconvenience or even said sorry I understand. It was all about them not being wrong. For that, I’m reluctant to ever bring my van there again. More
