We showed up in the last hour they were open on a Saturday but you couldn’t tell it by the way they behaved. Jerry was nice, friendly, and very enthusiastic. He answered all our questions about the vehicle and once we were done with our test drive, offered (without prompting) to leave us alone so we could discuss without the pressure of him being right there. We decided to trade in our old vehicle and buy the new one and the rest of the process went by nice and smoothly. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and we also did not feel overly pressured during the financial officer portion of the sale and did not feel undue pressure of any up selling (though we did end up with the extended warranty, but felt we had good information and did not feel forced into it and would have felt comfortable declining as well). We ended up there roughly 2 hours after closing and did not feel any rush or rudeness and in fact got pictures, cheers, and waves as we drove off. While I plan on this vehicle lasting us a long time thus we won’t need to come back, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone else out there looking for a new vehicle! More
