Jim was really easy to deal with! Purchased a 2020 4Runner from Jim Francis. We came in after doing our research and knew what price we wanted to pay. A few weeks later, I checked on my plates with my local DMV(I am from Colorado) and it was found that the VIN was not in their system yet. I quickly called Jim to see if he could give me an update on the paperwork. He said the paperwork had been delayed but he would overnight an extension to my temp plates while they worked out the problem. Great customer service so far. I would buy another Toyota and recommend my friends to Jim for any business. More

Jim did a great job with getting the deal done.
