It was nice to see that it was sitting right up front at the dealership waiting for me when I arrived. Ian was the first to greet us and was polite and professional. After some breif negotiations, we came to an agreement on a price and went through with the purchase. I feel I got a reasonable deal on a hot truck. Could they have done better... Maybe. They weren't about to bend over backwards for my business but it's completely understandable. Remember they deal with people who after long negotiations and test drives don't end up buying anything. That would aggravate the heck out of me. Ian was patient, Sam was friendly and Sadi was great too. I've left dealerships literally screaming back and forth with sales managers who were too pushy. I never felt at any point that it would get to that over at continental. More

Jerry listened to what I wanted in my new car and steered me towards cars that fit my budget. As this was the first car I've bought in 15 years, Jerry was patient while I got up to speed with new technology, and Sadi was very helpful in explaining how the financing would work, laying out the full cost of the car once taxable incentives and interest were factored in. No surprises or hidden fees. Furthermore, Jerry has followed up a couple of times to see if I had any questions or needed help with my new car. He really seems to enjoy his job and care about meeting the customers needs. The part of car shopping that has always intimidated me was the negotiating. With the customer-focused attitude of salesmen like Jerry, I feel that a good balance is struck between dealership profit and giving the customer a fair price. The negotiations were quick and painless. I'm very happy with the deal on my new car. More

We bought a used RAV4 and think we got a good price. They followed through quickly in scheduling something that needs to be done to the car and At this point we are very happy with the total experience.. We give them a five star rating. More
