I worked primarily with Chuck Gentile who insured my car shopping and buying experience met my expectations of friendly, low pressure, respectful and honest purchasing options and costs. I met several of his associates at the Continental dealership (Mustafa Atra, Joe Miglio, and Sadi Ali) and everyone was friendly and helpful with the single goal in mind to put the customer first and provide me with the best experience. The dealership itself was a pleasant and comfortable environment that was refreshing in comparison to my other dealership experiences.. At other dealerships, it felt like a 'crowded' experience that was rushed and full of pressure. Chuck was friendly and respectful of my time in our dealings. He took his time walking me through this process. Chuck let me test drive a number of cars to help identify the best car for my needs over multiple visits. Once I was ready to discuss the details of a car purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the different car options as well as car buying options. I have truly appreciated the attentive and knowledgeable but low pressure relationship that Chuck developed with me in the car shopping and purchase experience. The financing was a relatively smooth process once a lender was determined. Even after the paperwork was completed, Chuck was very patient as he walked me through the basics as well as details of the new car's features to insure that I had some comfort with the basic operations of the vehicle before I left. He stayed nearly 30 min past when the dealership was closed to insure a positive and complete car buying experience for me. I would recommend Continental Toyota as a dealership that will set the standard for an exceptional car shopping and buying experience with their knowledgeable associates that provide quality services to their customers. Chuck Gentile is the sales associate to request if you want to work with an honest, knowledgeable associate that will guide you with your best interests in mind as you share your car buying needs and wishes. He will be gracious and let you set the pace and direction of your car shopping experience to match your expectations. I know that Chuck will be the sales associate that I will reach out to with any questions or needs that I may have during the lifetime that I will own my Toyota Highlander and any future car purchases. More

He accompanied me on a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in explaining many features of the car as we got in. He gave me a tour of the Continental facilities. He was gracious and helpful. The one fly in the ointment was the financial closing. We waited for at least 20 minutes before sitting down to do the paperwork. Then mistakes were made: entered the rebate twice and failed to add the tax for the rust prevention and exterior/interior protection package. This resulted in a larger monthly payment that I had hoped for. That said, while the finance piece was irksome, I understand we are only human and mistakes can be made. The call back and changes were handled with professionalism and efficiency. The individual was duly apologetic and showed me exactly what had gone wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. He also offered different suggestions to reduce my monthly payment which I chose to decline. More

From the moment we stepped through the door at Continental, we were greeted with upbeat, positive, and super nice. Nick stayed late for us and was just the best. It seemed he was as happy as we were that our son was getting this vehicle. Sadi went above and beyond to get us the best deal and coverage.
