He was patient and went over many options with us; all without pressuring us to buy a car. After a test drive and a very detailed overview of the car, we informed him that we were also looking into other dealer ships. He never pressured us and only wished us luck. After going to 3 other dealerships we came back. Jim was happy to see us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the decision we were going to make. He was with us through every step of the purchase. Sadi, was just as helpful and friendly, he went over all the options we had and answered all the questions we had. My family and I felt we were among friends. Jim even stayed after hours to make sure we understood the various gadgets on the car and didn't leave until he saw that I was comfortable with my new car. If I had to buy another car I would go back to this dealership and to Jim. More

Another outstanding experience I honestly wasn't in the market for a new car, but my previous sales professional Jim Witt called me up to tell me about the specials that Continental I honestly wasn't in the market for a new car, but my previous sales professional Jim Witt called me up to tell me about the specials that Continental Toyota was running, so I though, "well, what the heck would it hurt to go see what Jim has to say?" My wife and I came in this morning just to talk to Jim and about a half an hour later, I was buying my 4th RAV4 from Continental Toyota. Maybe the birthday cake from my wife's birthday helped to grease the skids. This was a very easy experience, we have come t0 expect from the staff at Continental. Sam Adam from management came by to say hello and congratulate me during the experience. Sadi Ali was able to actually save me a bit more money during the finance portion of deal. Joe Miglio came by just before we drove off in our new RAV4 to thank us for our business. After four cars, I feel like I should be adding Joe to my Christmas card list!
