My mom purchased a new Edge about 6 months ago, and I just purchased a new Explorer. I am not new to the car buying experience, and I can easily say that both experiences were the most enjoyable of any car I have purchased. Dave works hard to ensure his customers are satisfied, and Sage does everything he can to provide a great deal, a quick buying process, and also strives for customer satisfaction. The environment is friendly and there is no pressure, and treating the customer right is clearly a requirement for all who work there. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is considering a new car (or new to them)! More

As a Toyota fan, I didn't think that I'd be patronizing a Ford dealership; however, when my husband came home and told me that he'd seen a 4-Runner in excellent condition there, I approached the lot as a customer, rather than a passing admirer. Sure enough, the 4-Runner was in excellent condition, and my interest in purchasing it became greater after interacting with the outstanding sales staff, in particular, Sage Bass and Garrett Nott. They went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction, and were friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. Thank you for making our car purchasing experience a pleasant one; we'll be back! More

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER Recently I purchased an “07” Nissan Xterra from Skyline Keizer Ford. First let me state that the thought of purchasing a vehicle is not on my preferre Recently I purchased an “07” Nissan Xterra from Skyline Keizer Ford. First let me state that the thought of purchasing a vehicle is not on my preferred things to do!!! I called and inquired about the vehicle first and spoke with Ron Parrish. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me and there was no push. We took it for a drive and it seemed ok yet I admit I was a bit leary of it. The clutch was not as responsive as I thought it might be yet I did chalk it up to my having not driven a standard transmission vehicle for some time. It was however the type of vehicle I wanted. Ron and Sage worked hard to get me the best deal and accomplished it. No push and shove as is often the case. Nice transaction and accomplished in relative short order. I drove away stopping only to fuel it up. Low and behold within days the clutch completely failed. I was steaming. I called Ron and stated, “I am not a happy man!” Within an hour and a half a tow truck arrived from Keizer. One week later they called and stated that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Less than two hours later Ron was at my location, drove me to the Skyline Keizer and I picked up my vehicle. They picked up the whole tab!!! Wow what incredible service!!! And this on a vehicle that was purchased “As Is, No Warranty!” Skyline Keizer changed my mind about car dealers! The price was fair and the SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP CARE IS OUTSTANDING!!! I will buy again from them and I really hope that you do as well. See Ron Parrish, he will treat you right!!! Bruce More

Walt introduced me to Garrett Nott, Garrett then took me on a test drive, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was interested in what I was looking for and was very sincere. The actual process of deciding on the truck and a possible price went very easily and surprisingly quick. Next I was introduced to Sage Bass. Garrett and Sage were very interested in my needs for a trade in on my vehicle and the price of the truck, they worked very quickly to come up with an offer on both that met my needs. Sage processed the paperwork very quickly, and spent time with me on various options of financing, soon I was on my way. I scheduled a time to meet with them the next day to complete the transaction, Sage kept in contact with me by phone, so that my wife and I could come in to the dealership and finish up without in the least amount of time, The experience was really smooth, great people make a great process. More

.Successful pleasant experience leasing a car. I am 84 and I started buying cars since I was 19. I am leasing a C-Max Energi Plug-in Hybrid. I began with Sage whose knowledge of the product made the choice easy. His command of forms and required information made task very simple and easy for me. Ron showed me the necessary information to understand my new experience with a Plug-n Hybrid. Ron took me for drive to show me how this hybrid really works. I am getting almost max. mileage after two days. I can not remember the last time I visited a dealer with employees like these two. This was no stress, no pressure, and enjoyable way to have a new car. I just can't say enough without sounding like a commercial. But truly a great comfortable non-stress leasing a car I would recommend anyone to deal with them. Also recommend the dealer because they know how to hire qualified knowledgeable employees. More

We weren't exactly in the market for another truck but circumstances out of our control made that decision for us. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Sage Bass. Sage was very friendly and asked us why we were here. After talking with him he asked Ron Parrish to assist us in looking at a replacement truck for ours. After driving the truck we were both hooked and decided, even though it was more than we wanted to spend we ended up purchasing the truck. The professionalism of both Sage and Ron was outstanding. They weren't like typical sales people from past experiences, and had our interests at heart. Both Sage and Ron kept us up to date during the purchase process and treated us like their best friend and not like a stranger. Ron explained all the controls in the truck to us and Sage explained in detail the purchasing process. Both were very professional during our visit. I would recommend this dealership and their team to anyone who plans on purchasing or just test driving another vehicle. Thank you, Dave and Jenn More

He treated us with the up-most respect and found a vehicle to our satisfaction and through Sage we purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer Spo David Coolidge.
