The Best Place to Buy a Car! I filled out an online inquiry and received a call back from David Mengel, a sales rep, within, literally, two minutes. David couldn't have been a nicer, more amazing "salesman." I put that in quotations because his approach isn't pushy, nor did I feel like I was given a sales pitch at any time; rather, he was very informative, knowledgable, and personable. I ended up buying -- in my opinion -- a better car than the one I originally thought I was going to buy. The sales manger, Sage Bass, was also very nice and informative and showed me every option available to me to get the best deal possible. The entire process was transparent and seamless -- at no time did I ever feel confused, regretful, or forced to make a decision. I have never owned a Ford before, but David and Sage welcomed me to the Ford family with open arms, and I will definitely make a habit out of shopping with Donofrio's Skyline Ford in Keizer! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership; I would almost be offended if my friends and family that I've already recommended didn't buy a car here. **Sidenote** As a woman it's easy to feel intimidated or taken advantage of when dealing with anything car-related, but this couldn't have been further from the truth at Keizer Skyline Ford. I appreciate that so much, David and Sage! More

Our contact with Norm Messenger began as an internet search for a Ford Fiesta or Focus, cars with automatic transmissions that can be towed behind Our contact with Norm Messenger began as an internet search for a Ford Fiesta or Focus, cars with automatic transmissions that can be towed behind a motor home with all wheels on the pavement. Norm met us and over the course of a couple of weeks went with us on several test drives when we finally selected the Ford Focus Titanium. Norm was patient with us and provided all the information we asked for about recreational towing of the car. Norm, and then Walt made sure we received all the Ford rebates and incentives including the $500 military rebate and the Costco benefit on the purchase. Finally at the end of the process Sage walked us through all the sales paper work efficiently and carefully to make sure everything was in proper order. We are recommending this team to our son and daughter for their next car purchases. More
