I was fortunate to make contact with Sal Calabria. I am a recent transplant form Southern Calif. to Mount pleasant, SC. I was in the market for a Maserati Quattroporte. Foreign Cars of Charolotte had the car that fit my requirements and somehow I was fortunate enough to hook up with Sal. He is a gentleman and a professional, We worked out the details of my purchase and when my car was to be delivered to my front door. My car was brought down from Charlotte in a closed trailer, I signed the paper work and gave their driver a certified check and the car was mine. Keep in mind that I never set foot in Foreign Cars Charlotte nor did Sal and I ever meet in person. You folks live it and I am experiencing it.... Don't deal with Sal or Bill! Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. I drove about 12 hours from Chicago only to find out the car has major oil leaks and belt squeaki Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership. I drove about 12 hours from Chicago only to find out the car has major oil leaks and belt squeaking. Sal didn't mention the issues to me on the phone. When I got there I noticed an oil leak. Sal provided me with a report which said it was fixed. However, the car was still leaking oil from the valve cover. Then, I came across another problem which was the belt squeaking. Again, Sal didn't mention any of that over the phone. I asked Bill, used car sales manager, to have their technician check the car for the belt squeaking issue. Bill rudely replied that I either drive my rental car back to Chicago or buy their car without the technician looking at it. More
