First, Lindsey Downs, communicated over the phone many times to share info on a new Navigator and the value of my trade-in. She was very helpful. I had decided to compare deals at another Florida Lincoln dealership but before driving to that dealership I called Germain. Lindsey was off, so Ed Falcone helped me. Ed too was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed me the Navigator I wanted, had my trade-in valued quickly, and made the experience very enjoyable. Tony in Finance was also great to work with. The whole process took only three hours, and I’m now enjoying my new Navigator purchased at Germain, thanks to a great sales team and a great experience.
