I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! They sell products to protect my car and the dealership does not honor it for th stepsister! I purchased theses packages and gives me nothing but problems when repairs are needed also when I bring my car in for service for many items I’ve been told sorry we just can’t figure it out! I have a stack of service records with incomplete repairs repeat problems I’ve been dealing with them for 36 months I would never buy a car from Infiniti or Schumacher dealerships ever again because I have the same issues with Volvo where I purchased a second car and their customer service is garbage as well! Save yourself the headache and go to an Infiniti dealership outside of Palm Beach County! 36 months is a long time to be forced to deal with a dealership who can not accommodate their customers in the family like manner that Schumaker preaches in his commercials this is far from family treatment it’s more like the how much more can we do to make someone pay! This is about my eighth car in my life so I’m not new in purchasing cars and this by far is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I’d rather go to Wayne Akers Ford! But they were really nice when they were getting the sale! My lease is up in about three months and I plan to purchase my car out right but I will take it to another Infiniti dealership to make that transaction I will never give Schumaker another dime of mine. The very Cautious of this dealership and any of the Schumacher entities!! More

Just trying to get a lease buyout number is unbelievable, I waited at CarMax for a number for 3 hours and had to leave without getting it. they called and left emails with finance managers and sales managers I waited at CarMax for a number for 3 hours and had to leave without getting it. they called and left emails with finance managers and sales managers with no response. I loved the car but service from this dealer in one word "sucks". Not sure how they received 5 stars on all these reviews. Just so you know Infiniti Financial Services will not give out the buyout amount and make third party buyers call the dealer that you leased the vehicle from, why the run around Infiniti?. Will be my last from this company. More
