I am from another state. I came in for my regular service and dealt with Sal. He was extremely professional and was very personable. He kept me informed from start to finish. I was given a 45 minute window. and dealt with Sal. He was extremely professional and was very personable. He kept me informed from start to finish. I was given a 45 minute window. They went over that but not by much and I did not mind. I saw the same thing with all of the other employees. My only real complaint is that after I saw the cashier, I had to retrieve my own vehicle. This is very minor. It would have been better if the vehicle was delivered to me personally, but a very minor detail. Overall, I had a great experience. More

Sorry, I can not even give one star to this dealer. They have the worst service. I took my truck for service two weeks ago. They charge a lot almost 3000 . They called me after first week to pick it up. I c have the worst service. I took my truck for service two weeks ago. They charge a lot almost 3000 . They called me after first week to pick it up. I couldn’t take it out of the dealer parking lot when my truck just stop working. I left it again for another week . They said it was ready I went and the truck did the same. After 17 days they finally said, they found the problem but they want to charge even more. I have 3 weeks that I can not use my truck to work and paying interest for the amount they charge in the beginning and Now they want more money. Unacceptable!!!! Do your job right! And then charge for something that is worthy. More
