They routinely overbook. They'll service your car IF you can get it in. They routinely overbook; it's ridiculous. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times before they took m They'll service your car IF you can get it in. They routinely overbook; it's ridiculous. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times before they took my car, and the service person was very apologetic that they overbooked..three days in a row! Yeah, you can leave your car, don't know when we'll get to it, and uh, no loaner available... no thank you. Just tell me when you have time to work on my car. I'll wait. It was very disorganized too. Months later, my husband made an appointment through their website with a loaner for his car to be serviced and had to wait three weeks to get an appointment with a loaner, which he was willing to do. They called him the DAY BEFORE the appointment to tell him they didn't have a loaner for him despite having a loaner confirmed by email. The service department just doesn't function correctly. They can't book so many clients for the same day. Very frustrating and it leaves a bad taste. Thinking about going to Curry for service. Maybe they actually get clients in when they say they will. Acura of Westchester never used to be like this, and we've been going there for over 15 years. More

Great service, Ensure you get Sal Gambitta for consultant I have been going to Acura of Westchester since 2003 when I purchased my MDX. Even at the sale, this dealership showed professionalism and gave me none of the sales banter that other dealerships indulge in. I has no hesitation in choosing to buy from them. Then came the service part, I was lucky to get Sal Gambitta as the consultant. I was so impressed with his work that I told him that I will go to him every time I need my car serviced, Sal never let me down. This dealership is dedicated to offer a good service, The service manager, Liz White, makes sure that customers are taken care of and does what is needed to make it happen. Make sure that you meet her and make yourself known to her. Their mechanics are well trained and almost always get the correct diagnosis first time to get the car fixed. If there is a mistake in the diagnosis, rest assured that they will fix it, I HIGHLY recommend Acura of Westchester to service your Acura or Honda. More
