I purchased my Lexus GX550 and the salesman did not tell which name to make the check payable, I had to call ask him from the Bank. When I went to the finance department, I had to wait on the officer as he was with a client but he let me further wait until he finished his lunch before attending to me. He wasn’t personable at all!! The salesman wasn’t as experienced and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. I was annoyed by his inexperience. I was never offered any refreshment during the entire transaction which took 3 hours times 2 days. I will never recommend anyone to go to the Pembroke Pines branch to purchase a motor vehicle . More
