I dealt with Aaron for the initial drive and negotiations. Edson followed up with delivery and addressing any issues. Both guys are excellent and know their cars. Both were low key salespeople, which I appreciated. Both knew most of the tech in the car, which has more tech features than I or anybody else needs. The car was promised at a specific date and time. I arrived on time but it wasn't ready. Edson offered to deliver the car to my home the following day. Much appreciated. There were several issues with the sale-- three items I paid for that were not in the car. Edson took care of each one. Some were on back order but they eventually arrived. Good customer service from two excellent salesmen. I was also pleased that the dealership has a tech guy dedicated to answering tech questions on a daily basis. Much needed and appreciated. More

I originally wrote the great review for Aaron, I now want to recall the review. Unfortunately, I found out yesterday that Aaron and his manager Frank Marsala were extremely deceitful in what appears to be to recall the review. Unfortunately, I found out yesterday that Aaron and his manager Frank Marsala were extremely deceitful in what appears to be misrepresentation with forethought. During the sales process of over 7 hours, my wife and I were clearly under the belief that we were trading in our 2021 Range Rover Velar for a 2024 NX350 Premium Hybrid. We told them that we wanted to trade in the Range Rover and we certainly believed this to be the case, No one said anything to the contrary. When we called Chase Financial Land Rover, on Monday, they said Lexus of Pembroke Pines had never called them to let them know they were buying the car. We were surprised to hear this as during the sale, the car plates were removed form the Range Rover and put on the new Lexus. In fact they had me call GEICO insurance where I told them I traded in the Range Rover for a new Lexus Lease with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I additionally removed my insurance on the Range Rover and replaced it with new insurance on the Lexus. We left the dealership believing that the Range Rover was now owned by Lexus of Pembroke Pines and we had nothing more to do with contacting Range Rover for pre-inspection as no one was needed. To find out that the car you thought you sold to the dealer where the insurance and plates had been transferred was shocking to say the least. At 7 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2024, after we had finished the paperwork and were in the new Lexus just about ready to drive home, Aaron came over to us with an unfilled document and clearly said we just need this for the odometer reading. The document was not filled out and while Aaron handed the document from my wife in the drivers side where we lowered the window, my wife passed the document to me to sign believing this was just a State requirement formality. After the fact, Aaron filled in the form to state we agreed to pay any and all Range Rover disposition fees and other penalties. The worst experience of my life. More
