This 2021 Lexus ES 250 has absolutely everything on it, incl on the car, as I'd never owned a Lexus or any Toyota before. I'm a believer now! Wow! This 2021 Lexus ES 250 has absolutely everything on it, including all the safety equipment I was hoping for. I looked at Mercedes, Cadillac (previous car was a Cadillac ATS), Acura, and Buick before I found the perfect car. It didn't hurt that Consumer Reports rated the Lexus at the top in all categories. Naperville was one of the few dealers who had anything available for purchase. It was worth the trip from Mason City, IA to Naperville to end up with the car of my dreams. Very pleased! More

I contacted 5 local Lexus dealerships before I went to Naperville. None of the other dealerships were able to find a vehicle that I wanted in a short amount of time. Naperville was the only dealership that was able to find the SUV that I wanted quickly. I had a very positive experience at Naperville and especially enjoyed working with Sal LaLa. He spent a lot of time with me, showing me the SUV's various features, how to use the controls and answered all of my questions. He was very patient.
