Too busy to take my money I had been emailing back and fourth with the customer care manager, who scheduled me to come in and test drive the 2019 Crosstrek, which i intended to I had been emailing back and fourth with the customer care manager, who scheduled me to come in and test drive the 2019 Crosstrek, which i intended to purchase that day. When i arrived, the woman who I had been speaking to was not there. I decided to look around the showroom until somebody could help me. I was approached by a very rude salesman, who told me that he was too busy to help me and that all of the other sales people were also too busy to help. Amazing to me that they were to busy to take upwards of $20,000 More

Customer service is a guarantee They treated me like a king, even though they knew I was only there for the date night promotion. They gassed & cleaned the MKZ for me.
