The service manager Scott is a major pain to deal with if you can even get him on the phone. He is rude and unprofessional. However, we were made to foot the bill for the rental out of pocket, and when asked, Scott says "that's just the way it is", "we arent going to help you there". Two weeks prior I spoke to Scott on the phone and he said "The engine is being put in the car" Later we find out this is a lie; the engine hadn't been put in the car yet. This has all happened TWO MONTHS after the car was damaged. It took two months for them to start repairs. It has been nothing but lies and run arounds from everyone here. Shop elsewhere. More

Picking up the car was fine despite the extremely long service process.
