He answered all my questions that I had about the car. I decided to finance my car and Shawn did a great job keeping me updated about it through email. As soon I got to the dealership, the car was ready for me. He gave me a nice greeting and let me check the car out. I had a problem with the one of the tires and he instantly ordered a new set of pairs. I was amazed! He let me test drive it and it was really smooth.He gave me the carfax with no hesitation. Afterwards, we talked numbers and I got the car at the price I was hoping and at the interest rate that I wanted! He explained the paper work in detail and is hands down the best experience I had with a car dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

2015 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport They showed me a 2015 F-Sport IS 350 AWD with a 'clean car fax' but once I mentioned to them that a third party mechanic had noticed underlying issues They showed me a 2015 F-Sport IS 350 AWD with a 'clean car fax' but once I mentioned to them that a third party mechanic had noticed underlying issues with the suspension as well as multiple panels being poorly painted which is generally the result of repairs from undocumented collisions, they had no sense of courtesy, concern, respect or customer service in rectifying the issues rather insisted on rushing me out of the dealerships in hopes no potential buyer currently in the dealership would overhear what I uncovered. Definitely do not recommend investing money and time in a dealership that will without hesitation withold the whole truth of a vehicle. More

I DECIDED TO ALSO DO MY OWN CARFAX ON THE SAME VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THAT IS WAS IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT WITH FRAME DAMAGE. THEY ARE BUYING DAMAGED VEHICLES FROM AUCTION, MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE NEW AND THEN RESELLING THEM WITH LOW PRICES TO ENTICE THE INNOCENT CAR BUYERS. IN ADDITION, SHAWN THE FINANCE MANAGER, WILL UPCHARGE YOU ON OUTRAGEOUS FEES...$695+$695+$495+$350 ETC...WHILE MOST DEALERS ONLY CHARGE ANYWHERE FROM $500-$700 IN TOTAL FEES. Bad business and customer service practices I bought a car from this dealership back in Aug. 2016. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. When they gave me the car they weren't even sure it was financed. I bought a car from this dealership back in Aug. 2016. I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200. When they gave me the car they weren't even sure it was financed. And they gave me a key that did not match the car. The alarm would go off every time i entered the car. They promised me a remote key with the key fab and it is written in my contract but to date 11/28/2016 i still have not received the key or the money to purchase the key. The car has been paid off and they still have not honored their own contract. I have reached out to them several times and keep being told the check is in the mail. It has been in the mail for the last month. This is not good business or customer service. and on top of that i had to buy 4 brand new tires the month i bought the car because they were bad, get an alignment, replace the sway bar links, gas cap, and do something with the gas tank, cant remember what it is called. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES. More

I had to drive a long distance to get to the dealership and David patiently waited for me to arrive and stayed late so we could finalize the transaction. I highly recommend David if you're looking for a sales person who will deal with you in a straightforward manner and without any pressure. Also, Rodney took extra care to assist me with returning a rental vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of!
