Because I live out of town, my parents went out car hunting for me and he made everything as easy as possible for me. He allowed them to do necessary paperwork on my behalf before I could make it to town to finalize everything. Once at the dealership, David remembered and greeted my family and I immediately and we were in and out in less than an hour. We noticed the car was missing mats, and David provided me with some promptly. After purchase, he allowed me to bring my car in so he could look at a few minor things I was concerned about, which I was very appreciative of. My BMW drives wonderfully and has little to no issues. One of the easiest experienced with a dealership and I would definitely reccomend them to others. More

I was hesitant and did not know what to expect when I drove from NC to look at a car from Alpha MS. Everyone eased my spirits and did not make my feel uneasy. David was great. He allowed us to take the car to a dealership to be inspected. We were gone for hours and he did not harass us while we were gone with the car. Shawn C was also great. He done everything possible to ensure I was leaving with the car. I really had no intentions of leaving with a car that day, but in the end, I did. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Alpha MS and I would purchase from them again. More

Better than CarMax! Quick and easy transaction, though I did my financing through my bank. They like to give their best deal upfront. This is the second vehicle I purchas Quick and easy transaction, though I did my financing through my bank. They like to give their best deal upfront. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them. Both times they gave me more for my trade than the other dealers I visited and yet their retail price was way below Bluebook retail. One thing to be mindful of, these are used cars that they recondition for resale. Mechanically they have been great. Cosmetically they are cleaned and polished. More
