False advertisement, looked online for Tesla Model Y saw on there website one I liked it was advertised retail $32,000 or One time payment $26,000. So went to the dealership in Fredericksburg, VA test drove the car liked it asked a lot of questions about the car since its new to me they were great answering those questions. They asked if I would be Financing or paying cash. I confirmed that the car is $32,000 if I financed and if I paid cash it was $26,000 they said yes. I said I'd like to pay cash and would like to see if they could do better on that price or at least throw in a mobile charger. After going and crunching the numbers with the sales manager they came back and said the cash price was $32,000. Naturally I disagreed because the cash price on their website and from the sales person was at $26,000. Clearly this was a bait and switch tactic that cost me 3 hours of my time and a lot of frustration for me. This is crazy that they Falsely advertise to get people in the door then not honor said price. I will be reaching out to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board over this. These car dealers cant just be playing games like this. More

BEWARE of the people at Alpha Motorsports Fredericksburg. They will lie to you to sell a car. They sold me a Mercedes Benz that had previously been involved in an accident. Though I asked the Fredericksburg. They will lie to you to sell a car. They sold me a Mercedes Benz that had previously been involved in an accident. Though I asked them many times before the purchase if vehicle had ever been involved in an accident, the sales guy WALI and the manager NAS lied to me that they do not sell accident cars. I asked couple of times for the carfax report, they kept telling me they will print it for me and pushed me to continue with the financing but I should not worry because the Car is clean. Later after the purchase I found out the car has previously been involved in an accident. By then it was too late. I had already signed the purchasing contract. Then they blamed me it was my fault and that I should have done my own research. Not only that, they also lied to sell me an extended warranty, they will tell you the bank will approve you for lower rate if you purchase an extended warranty.. Now I'm stuck with an accident vehicle I never intended to buy. My advice, choose another dealership. Alpha Motorsports will mess you up. They buy accident cars from the auctions polish it up and sell them.VERY BAD and DISHONEST PEOPLE! More
