She never pressured me to settle for something else and kept searching for over ten days for the Bronco I wanted. I bragged on Lori to my husband, and drove over from Arkansas to meet her and talk about the Ford truck he wanted to buy in the future. I felt completely at ease with Lori and felt like I’ve known her for years. From the first moments I met her I knew I was in the right place and would stick with her to find exactly the Bronco I wanted. She explained the different features and didn’t try to persuade me one way or the other. She helped me decide without sales pressure which I appreciated so much!
