I am an independent woman and have had traumatic experiences in the past with car buying. I actually had my brawny brother come with me so I wouldn't get taken advantage of. Jacky Jones Ford has a family-like, hometown feel to it. Everyone seems happy, they greet you with big smiles and honest eyes, which really helped bring down my protective walls. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Kathleen Lisa, my salesperson and Caren Bishop in the Finance Department. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I knew they had my best interest at heart and did not try to oversell me on anything I did not want or need. It was SO refreshing! My brother left shortly after meeting Kathleen because he knew right away she could be trusted and would not steer me in the wrong direction. He said, "You don't need me here, they're great!". I am truly humbled and blessed to have had this wonderful, easy, and comforting experience. I highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford for your next car or truck, they'll treat you like an old friend and neighbor! More

We have purchased several NEW Ford vehicles over the last 10 years. We have never had a dealership be so upfront and honest about the vehicle price. Before we purchase our vehicle we searched over 10 dealers 10 years. We have never had a dealership be so upfront and honest about the vehicle price. Before we purchase our vehicle we searched over 10 dealerships and we found other dealerships would add on other charges like ceramic coating to the price they have listed and did not give you the option to remove those charges. We found at Jack Jones Ford the price that they had my vehicle listed for is the actual price they were charging. Our salesperson Josee was very responsive and helpful thru the completed process. Everyone we dealt with during this process did not try to pressure us into buying something we did not want, but they did inform us in all of the options available to us. I do not plan on purchasing from any other dealership. More
