I was surprised how filthy the 2022 Ram Rebel was during my test drive and had scratches on the exterior on both the left and right hand side. I decided to purchase anyways but the salesman told me that it my test drive and had scratches on the exterior on both the left and right hand side. I decided to purchase anyways but the salesman told me that it would get DETAILED inside and out along with buffing to remove the scratches. The truck was kept over the weekend and then delivered to my address the following Monday. Here are my issues. The DETAIL work was not great. I spent 2 hours cleaning the interior. It was still dirty and seemed like someone rushed to quickly vacuum and smear around the dust/dirt on the interior. The truck was washed but no buffing to remove the scratches. I spent another 3 hours waxing and polishing. While the scratches look better, they are still there. I only received 1 key fob and missing the keys for the roof rack on the canopy. I should have been made aware if keys were missing as it's costly to replace a fob and will need a locksmith to either make new keys or to pick the locks on the roof rack. As soon as I started the truck, I got a message on the instrument cluster that the right rear turn signal is out. I believe it's the entire lens assembly as the tail light flickers and noticed the tail light is now cracked. During the test drive, everything functioned normally. I emailed the internet sales director and left for the salesman and have not had any resolution to my concerns and it's been months now. I am now almost $1100 in the hole. I would steer clear of this dealership. They are deceptive and they are dishonest. More

This service center is by far the worst in the nation. Took my 22 ram 3500 in for a few recalls and told them the transmisdion was acting up so they drove it around the block a few times and said nothing Took my 22 ram 3500 in for a few recalls and told them the transmisdion was acting up so they drove it around the block a few times and said nothing is wrong with it and told me i needed to pay $259.00 for diagnostic fee which they did not diagnose anything. Total joke of a business. I will never step foot in smokey point rairdons again. Not to buy a vehicle or service any of my rigs. More

If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. I took my 1 year old truck with 20k miles in because one of the struts was leaking and requested it to be covered under warranty. The service advis I took my 1 year old truck with 20k miles in because one of the struts was leaking and requested it to be covered under warranty. The service adviser was telling me that he didn't think it would be covered and that I needed to talk to the service manager. When I explained that the mechanic at truck toys discovered the leak and told me to go to the dealership he started telling me it was my fault for letting an uncertified person look at my truck (mind you truck toys is certified) and told me if the strut was leaking why would I have driven it to the dealership and that they would not cover it. When I tried to discuss it further he told me he was done talking and to get out of his office. Funny thing is he did the same thing to the woman prior. Stay far away from this place. That is not how you treat customers, I bought my truck brand new from them and have taken it for services there until now. Won't ever set foot in that place again More
