The representative that handled my appointment was very attentive, but I noticed 2 things. The technician didn't replenished the windshield cleaning liquid something that I have seen in other Toyota Service attentive, but I noticed 2 things. The technician didn't replenished the windshield cleaning liquid something that I have seen in other Toyota Service Centers. Also they passed my car in their car wash and one of my wiper blades lose the lock. They had only had a month that I replaced them. More

I recently purchased a Sienna from this dealership. I really feel that I made a wrong choice. I fixed an appointment with Salomon Cruz by 2 PM on a week day but when I visited I was asked to wait (Even I really feel that I made a wrong choice. I fixed an appointment with Salomon Cruz by 2 PM on a week day but when I visited I was asked to wait (Even though I had an Appointment). Then I was directed to Nate Gomez. He showed me the vehicle that I was interested in. I did the test drive. When the pricing & other details were discussed, Nate made me wait. Then came this person named Dillon who was convincing me to get the Car by talking more on my monthly payment which was exceeding my current payment. He did some calculations & PROMISED ME that my monthly payment would be $XXX and that I would not be making any payment for the next 3 months. Even though my monthly payment were high than what I was paying now I accepted it, the reason being that since there is no Payment for 3 months the remaining 9 months I pay is almost the same $ amount which I'm paying currently. After 1 year of payment, he advised me to do a re-financing. This looked reasonable & logical to me. Then I signed the contract with Freddy. The next day I received a text from Nate that my first payment is a month away. I visited Freddy again & told about the 3 month no payment option which Dillon told me. To my surprise, Freddy told me that Dillon did not tell about this. WAIT.. WHAT .. You guys are working together(Next cabins) & you don't communicate what was PROMISED to the customer !!!??? I was told that i cannot get the 3 months no payment because it is only for new cars & not used cars. when I stated that Dillon told me about the 3 month no payment, Freddy told me that Dillon wouldn't have known that this is a used car. EXCUSE ME !!! Dillon didn't know about what he was talking? Was he talking in the AIR about not knowing the product ?? I was then told that my first payment will be in 45 days by Freddy. My next shock was when I registered my Loan through the bank, my first payment was in 30 days. When I spoke to Freddy about this he was saying that I have a grace period os 10 days from the bank so I ideally have 40 days to make my first. How ridiculous is this? He also apologized for the miscommunication that has happened. AGAIN ???MISCOMMUNICATION?? WHATEVER WAS PROMISED (3 MONTHS NO PAYMENT) WAS NOT FULFILLED, FIRST PAYMENT IN 45 DAYS WAS NOT FULFILLED. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP !! THEY PROMISE ANYTHING & EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN & WONT FULFILL IT !!! More

The sales associate repeatedly told me that the Toyota 4Runner that I was purchasing is brand new, but that it's 2023 with 17 miles on it, and he kept repeating that. I asked about the MSRP and he showed 4Runner that I was purchasing is brand new, but that it's 2023 with 17 miles on it, and he kept repeating that. I asked about the MSRP and he showed me a MSRP that was $2,000 more than the 4Runner I was buying. I later found out that it was from another 4Runner. After discovering that the 4Runner was a used car, I called and visited the dealership to ask if my money would be refunded or if they would provide me with a new car. I was told lies about the warranty on the used car they sold me. I gave them several opportunities to correct their misrepresentation of the product, but they refused to do so. I wished I hadn't visited this dealership at all. More
