Great customer service. Sal explained everything to us, even important things we forgot or never would have thought to ask. He was the opposite of a stereotypical car salesman. He was attentive, no pressure and professional. We were at ease the entire time with him. We were never handed off to another staff member & he was always available. He matched us in the SUV of our dreams, in the target lease we wanted. He gave us time (days) to decide on makes, models,interior/exterior colors, trim packages, & when we finally decided ,we called him back, and he was able to find our car within a day!! We found XCLUSIVE AUTO LEASING from the hundreds if not thousands of license plate holders on new cars in our home town of Staten Island, NY. Even our neighbor uses XCLUSIVE!!!
