My husband and I drove from Indiana to purchase our Mercedes truck. I made sure to get all the numbers ahead of time so there are no surprises. My husband is a technician at a dealership, he asked to inspect the car before we sign paperwork, our salesman Ahmed asked the service guys put the car on a lift and help my husband during the inspection. The truck checked out and its in good condition and we drove the truck back home. Thank you all for your patience and straight forwardness, my husband and i had a great experience. More

STAY AWAY - SCAM ARTISTS. Just bought 2015 Ferrari 458. I live in LA and was buying a vehicle unseen. Was assured on the phone and with multiple emails that the car is in excellent condition. Here are the few big ones of the many issues: Odometer Fraud - Vehicle was advertised with 27,000 miles, upon purchase the contract (attached) was showing 27,419; The vehicle has arrived with 27, 877 miles as evidenced by a bill of landing The vehicle has significant paint damage - during negotiations on two different occasions the vehicle was represented as in excellent condition - upon arrival and as documented by the transportation company (attached) there are dozens of chips, dents, and paint discoloration marks all over the vehicle - Vehicle needs to be repainted apx $20k Once repainted Ferrari's value significantly depreciate. Standard Components were not included with a vehicle nor was it disclosed that they were missing - Original tools, car cover, manuals, second key - Estimated Value of these components is aprx $5k 3 weeks after the purchase I was told that I need to pay an additional $7500 as the dealership did not collect enough to cover taxes and registration. That demand was paid, I still don't have registration and the temporary permit expired so I won't be able to drive the car. Hope they didn’t pocket the money and now giving me a run around. Spoke to Sam Abas the owner his response is that its a used car and I should of expected all this and didn't ask right questions when I was purchasing. Filed complaint with the Attorney General as these guys should not be selling cars More
