My salesperson Sam was great and really tried to get all things takin care of. Somehow though the new car detail wasn't done right, twice! Still finding factory protection wrap. The main thing that has m things takin care of. Somehow though the new car detail wasn't done right, twice! Still finding factory protection wrap. The main thing that has me upset is first the added items were to be in the $5000.00 range. My $51,800.00 list ended up in the 60's. Was from Tulsa and delivery was never offered! As finance is going over things having signatures on every page. I ask, how much does this add to the car. "Included", I'm told then get home, go over all the paperwork and just went flush. I partially blame myself, believing all were like Sam. This is my reason for 3 stars. Thank you, Sam! More

Sam tried to force the Santa Fe on me even though I struggled to get it to 65 on the highway - while flooring the gas. Then he and the other guy tried to bully me into accepting the Ford even though I struggled to get it to 65 on the highway - while flooring the gas. Then he and the other guy tried to bully me into accepting the Ford even though I had only seen it for a minute at night. My brother came with me the next day and helped me switch to a new car, but that one hadn’t gone through detail yet, so it had a cracked windshield and a broken radio. Since it was a Honda, they couldn’t help me immediately. I called to make an appointment, but when I arrived, Service and sales sent me back and forth between buildings. Then they told me they would have to keep the Honda to fix it, so they gave me a loaner car. It was the Ford that sales had tried to force on me. The car was damaged and also almost out of gas. Danny told me that I would need to buy gas for it. This has been a really bad experience. More
