Sam Asseleh, the salesman, was great. Courteous, caring and he kept after me until I bought a car. When we got to the finance office, it was different. I was quoted a much higher interest rate than what wa and he kept after me until I bought a car. When we got to the finance office, it was different. I was quoted a much higher interest rate than what was offered. He advised me that was the best they could do. When I advised the finance manager that I had my own financing, He changed his tune, left the office to “talk with my manager” and came back with a much lower interest rate. He also told me that he would be unable to honor the bank draft that I had as it was late on a Saturday evening. I wanted the car, so I took the deal, with the promise that if my bank would honor the lower rate, with the higher loan amount they (the dealership) would dissolve the loan, which I highly doubt. It didn’t feel good although it was legal. I am happy with the car though. More

He was so kind in introducing the car and it's features that we had a nice test drive which only confirmed that I LOVED this car! :) Sam went above and beyond his duty to pair my hone with the car and set things up for me since I am so not tech oriented at all. Sam and Dallas worked to make sure I could take this car home! Matthew was also helpful in ensuring that I had the coverages that I needed. Too, Matthew and Neko gave me reassurances that help is there if I need it. Sam, Dallas, Matthew, and Neko made me feel like a valued customer. It's the second car I have bought through Edmond Hyundai... and I will stick with them if I need a car in the future - thanks to the kindness and assistance we had received. This team takes the stress out of buying a new car - and it definitely makes remaining loyal easy! More

Our sales rep Sam was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai and the Palisade. He was very helpful and made sure we were happy. He even helped get the BlueLink set up as well as the different fe about Hyundai and the Palisade. He was very helpful and made sure we were happy. The sales manager was willing to work with us on our trade-in but we were very surprised with the limited inventory upcharge that was added onto the MSRP but was not reflected in the price on the website. While we understand that their new car inventory is low, we felt that $8,000 was excessive and would have liked to have known about this upfront when looking at the vehicle online. Matthew, who took care of all of the paperwork, was able to help us as quickly and efficiently with the seemingly never-ending paperwork that we signed and initialed. Overall, this has been a pleasant car buying experience. More

Horrible is the best I can say for this dealership. My first visit two years ago was amazing so when I made the decision for an SUV this time I went back. Well it wasn't at all the amazing experience from the first time. My salesman constantly dropped the ball, the finance department is an incompetent mess. They took 2 months to complete out financing because someone quit and everything apparently went bad. Then they did not correct the documents from when financing was complete and I had to pay penalties because I didn't get my title till August 16th and it was well over 30 days since the contract was written. I had to ask repeatedly for my contract and lender information. This dealership needs to be overhauled because the engine (management) is completely bad. I will not buy again from this dealership nor will I recommend. More
