Car wash On the flier i got i was supposed to receive a free car wash with my service and i didn't receive it. Blue Springs Ford Review Tech could not duplicate the issue I brought my vehicle in for. It is actually same issue vehicle has been in for prior and was “supposedly” rectified Tech could not duplicate the issue I brought my vehicle in for. It is actually same issue vehicle has been in for prior and was “supposedly” rectified by a few new parts. Unfortunately, I was not at dealership very long so I’m not sure how much tech tried to duplicate problem. They also had to order a new part unrelated to this issue that they had broke previously and didn’t point out to me when it occurred. More

Quick and Caring As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. After he checked me in, he gave me his business card and let me know if I ever needed help, he was available. He then showed me to the waiting room where I was to wait for about an hour (busy time of day). He then came into the waiting room presenting me my current cabin air filter which obviously needed to be changed and suggested this as well. I appreciated that. 30min spent waiting and my vehicle was done being serviced. Quick and Caring! The check out lady was kind as well. More

Took forever and cost way too much I was charged 105 dollars for an oil change on a gas pickup and it took 2 and half hours to complete the oil change. Not coming back for sure. Very professional I brought my company van in for warranty work and these guys are great. Waiting are is comfortable too. Hands down best Service in the Kansas City area I have been a service customer of Blue Springs Ford for over 14 years now. I just traded in my 2005 Explorer Sport Trac that had 258,000 miles on it. I have been a service customer of Blue Springs Ford for over 14 years now. I just traded in my 2005 Explorer Sport Trac that had 258,000 miles on it. 99% of service was done at Blue Springs Ford. And they are the main reason why I bought my new vehicle there, so I can continue getting my service done there. More
