Awesome Service I always use this dealer even though its further from me because they have great customer service. They have treated me fairly, explain my options and I always use this dealer even though its further from me because they have great customer service. They have treated me fairly, explain my options and wash my car after every visit; even if its just because of the tire pressure light came on and wanted to check for nails. They also offer free coffee, pastries, bottled water, and popcorn. Sam Bell is my service advisor, great guy! More

They did what they promised well. They promised upon my purchase of a used vehicle that they would give me an oil change free and try to buff out some scratches on the hood. They got the oil changed quickly and then took it right up to the body shop and buffed the hood. I was very pleased with the service. More

Price too high, wait too long! Sam was awesome, friendly, professional. Wait was ridiculous fir a Thursday at 12:30pm, 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change, the works and didnt even g Sam was awesome, friendly, professional. Wait was ridiculous fir a Thursday at 12:30pm, 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change, the works and didnt even get a car wash snd it was 47 degrees out! Now that your price has gone up to 59.99 its time to find somewhere else, guess Ford does not appreciate return customers. We have bought 3 vehicles there. More
